Susanna Nickalls

Susanna began her career in Law and practiced as a corporate lawyer in London until she moved to Singapore and changed her focus to advocating for more inclusive workplaces. She began consulting with local and international companies when she headed the consultancy and training arm of a gender equality advocacy group. It was in 2019 when she founded WorkWell Associates.

Susanna now specialises in helping multi-national and local organisations manage workplace misconduct such as sexual harassment, bullying and discrimination. She is an experienced trainer and employee misconduct investigator, offering practical interventions to manage workplace misconduct.

Susanna has conducted training workshops for C-suite executives, HR professionals, line managers and employees on building respectful workplaces. She has trained more than 4,000 participants in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Australia, Taiwan, China, Thailand as well as conducted investigations in APAC and Europe.

Susanna has worked with multi-national companies, Singapore Government organisations, local for profit and non-profit organisations as well as companies in the education sector.
