We can help you get ready for the new Workplace Fairness Legislation.

The Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) introduced guidelines which state that employers should proactively identify, evaluate and control the risk of discrimination and harassment at the workplace.

This includes:

✓ Developing a harassment prevention policy;

✓ Providing information and training on workplace harassment; and

✓ Implementing propoer reporting and grievance handling procedures.
